Call us with your year, make, model and a description of the problem. We will give you a rough idea of cost and time on the phone, and confirm once we have seen the vehicle.

What to tell us

The more specific you can be, the better the estimate. Useful things to mention:

When it happens

Cold start, at speed, braking, turning, only when it rains.

What it sounds like

Grinding, squealing, knocking, humming that changes with speed.

What has changed

Anything done recently, by us or anyone else.

Warning lights

Which ones, and whether they are steady or flashing.

Complaints

If something we did is not right, call and ask for Dave. We would rather hear about it than read about it.
